What to expect out of your manager;

Screen Perspective Renter
  • Take all calls on property for rental information
  • Show property to perspective renter
  • Take renter information
    • Credit background
    • Previous rent histor

Renter/Owner
  • Provide renter with contract and key.
  • Provide owner with copy of contract and renter information.
  • Collect deposit.
  • Collect rent and deposit rent to owners account.
  • Take all calls from renter and handle problems or questions.
  • Check on property and report to owner.
  • Handle any problems of care to property.
  • Call sheriff if illegal actives are suspected.
  • Report to owner all activities.
Repairs
  • Evaluate the problem
  • Call owner if major problem , if not just report to owner repair.
  • Contact service person if needed.
  • Schedule the repairs and control cost of repair if possible.
  • Follow up with renter on repair and if renter needs instruction on how to care for repairs.
  • Send invoice or make arrangement of payments with owner.
Eviction
  • Talk to renter and give them notice to leave or pay back rent.
  • File necessary papers if renter does not leave.
  • Go to court.
  • Meet sheriff with papers.
  • Follow up when time to leave.
  • Call sheriff back if necessary.
  • Make arrangement for house to be clean for next renter.
