Screen Perspective Renter
- Take all calls on property for rental information
- Show property to perspective renter
- Take renter information

Renter/Owner
- Provide renter with contract and key.
- Provide owner with copy of contract and renter information.
- Collect deposit.
- Collect rent and deposit rent to owners account.
- Take all calls from renter and handle problems or questions.
- Check on property and report to owner.
- Handle any problems of care to property.
- Call sheriff if illegal actives are suspected.
- Report to owner all activities.
Repairs
- Evaluate the problem
- Call owner if major problem , if not just report to owner repair.
- Contact service person if needed.
- Schedule the repairs and control cost of repair if possible.
- Follow up with renter on repair and if renter needs instruction on how to care for repairs.
- Send invoice or make arrangement of payments with owner.
Eviction
- Talk to renter and give them notice to leave or pay back rent.
- File necessary papers if renter does not leave.
- Go to court.
- Meet sheriff with papers.
- Follow up when time to leave.
- Call sheriff back if necessary.
- Make arrangement for house to be clean for next renter.
